We’re not daft at Katoni, we know we are all different. We recruit to make sure we think differently but sometimes that can make life difficult too! What Shabnum and her team did was let us know what our conscious colours were, give the team a grounding for difference and give us wee hints and tips for collaborating across our colours and shades of the rainbow.

We have worked with Shabnum several times now and her support is nothing short of amazing! The drop-in clinics were a huge success and our people really took to her, in fact, they requested more time with her. Shabnum and her team really do provide excellent mental health support, coping mechanisms and they provide the tools for self-help. We won’t hesitate to work with her again and we look forward to it!

I have had the pleasure of working 1:1 with Shabnum for over a year now and what I’ve found (versus traditional methods) is that Shabnum is better placed to help because she fully understands the challenges of working in the Energy industry.  She’s willing to challenge me on the comfort zones and barriers I’d created and she holds me accountable.  What really stood out to me was that she helped me reflect and realise the good I’ve done.  I now give myself more credit than I used to.

Sales Director

I have been an executive leader for many years and I’ve sat through a few Mental Health workshops however I found the one delivered by a Psychologist to far exceed those experiences.  This was relevant, hard-hitting and very powerful. It was delivered with empathy and Shabnum really took her time to explain how the brain process information, which really helped the team understand emotions better.  I thoroughly enjoyed this session!

Operations Director
Three60Energy, Aberdeen

The work that Shabnum from IntrospeXion has been involved in with the team onboard the FPSO has been fantastic. The informative mental health and wellbeing workshops she delivers is very engaging and really does provide the team with the tool kit to better understand and deal with the issues related to their own and others wellbeing.  Shabnum professional approach to this subject matter allows for the team to feel comfortable talking about it more openly.  This has been extremely welcomed as it has aided building resilience during tough time for the crew onboard.  Her visit to Gryphon has been both educational and valued by team.
